You make the introduction
Share your link with a business owner, or introduce them to us directly.
We screen the fit
The owner takes the two-minute fit check. A person reviews it and, if it makes sense, sets up a short call. No files change hands.
The owner decides
If there's a plausible match, and only with the owner's OK, we introduce them to a buyer or broker. Any deal is between the company and them.
You get paid
If a deal closes and RecordMint is paid, your commission is paid under your partner agreement. [payout timing TBD]

Our screening guidelines favor established companies with a desk-based team, several years of records they own, and more than a couple of systems in daily use. These are RecordMint's guidelines, not anyone's buying rules. Each buyer sets its own criteria.

Your link adds ?ref= and your code to the RecordMint address. The site remembers the code in that browser for 60 days and attaches it to any fit check submitted there. If an owner switches devices or comes in another way, let us know who you introduced. [attribution rules TBD]
05Do I need to sell anything?
No. Point the owner to the fit check, or introduce us. A person handles the screening and the follow-up.
06Does the owner pay more because I referred them?
No. Taking the check and talking to RecordMint cost the owner nothing either way.
07Can I tell owners what their records are worth?
No, and please don't. Nobody can price records before a buyer reviews them, and no match, offer or payment is guaranteed. Point them to the fit check instead.
08Who are the buyers?
We don't name buyers on this site and don't claim any partnership with any AI lab. If there's a potential match, the owner learns exactly who they are before sharing anything.
