Privacy notice

Draft placeholder. This notice is a stub for a placeholder brand and hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer. It will be replaced before the site is promoted.

What we collect

When you submit the fit check we collect what you type in: your name, work email, phone number and company website, plus your answers to the fit-check questions (company size, years of records, systems used, industry and country). We also record the time of submission, the page you submitted from, and basic technical details your browser sends (such as user agent). We don't ask for, and you shouldn't send, any company files or records through this site.

If you apply to be a referral partner, we collect your name, email, phone, and (if you add them) your company and a note about who you'd introduce. If you arrived through a partner's referral link, we also record that partner's referral code with your submission.

Why we collect it

Only to review whether your company may be a fit and to contact you about your inquiry by email or phone. We don't sell your contact details.

Who we share it with

We won't share your details with any buyer or broker without your permission. We use a hosting provider (Vercel) to run this site and store submissions.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or when it's no longer needed for your inquiry.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time. Contact details for these requests will be published here before the site is promoted.

Cookies

This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. If you arrive through a referral link (one ending in ?ref= and a code), your browser's local storage keeps that code for up to 60 days so it can be attached to a form you submit. Campaign tags in the link (utm_ parameters) are kept the same way. You can clear both by clearing this site's data in your browser.

We count page views and clicks on the main sign-up button with our own simple counter, not a third-party analytics service. Each count records only the page, the time, the referral code and campaign tags (if any), and whether the screen is phone-sized. It doesn't record your IP address, name or any cookie.
